In 1988 Mrs. Irene Christodoulides joined the company with hands-on directorship, providing a wide range of business experience and acumen. In 1993 John S. Christodoulides, having experienced the company from an early age, joined the management team. Christodoulides Brothers now includes seventy members, motivated, dedicated and trained to the most professional standards. Training is organised on a regular basis and special attention is always given at the launch of new products. Sales personnel participate in training seminars and courses, organised by principals and Christodoulides Brothers to ensure excellent understanding of these products. In 1995 Christodoulides Brothers was honoured with the Business of the Year Award by the United States State Department, for successfully promoting the sales of American products in Cyprus.
